With over a decade of experience in the entertainment industry, he has drafted and negotiated a wide range of agreements, including recording, publishing, touring, producer, and side artist deals, while advising artists, producers, and executives on intellectual property, rights management, and long-term career development. His background includes representing and working with high-profile talent and industry professionals, as well as handling music business affairs for Grammy Award-winning clients and facilitating complex licensing and distribution arrangements across film, television, and digital media. He holds a B.A. in Music Industry from the State University of New York, Oneonta, a J.D. in Entertainment Law from Chapman University School of Law, and an LL.M. in Entertainment and Media Law from Southwestern Law School.
